adui, suspen aje!
Ok. You made that look better than it probably tasted… now where was this.

hey shaolin..ur in the top 50 blogger list
https://www.sabahan.com/2007/02/06/50-most-influential-blogs-in-malaysia/
It looks like Shanghai 10 as they have metal tables in Bangsar plus from the slightly blurred pix of the basket, it has only 3 dumplings. Not sure but that’s my educated guess.
somewhere at The Curve? hey shaolin I saw u there last Saturday evening…heheh!
A closer look at the bamboo steamers – it’s lined with paper so it can’t be crystal jade or dragon-i as they line the steamer with cabbage leaves.
Haha Ok I let the secret out, it’s from Sifu Loong (Chef Loong) in SS2, reasonable price at RM6 per basket of 3.
laurenpeack79: Thanks for the info 🙂
alan: Aye I was there indeed, doing a quick bit of shopping.
boo_licious: Yah it’s not so expensive 😀 I noticed Dragon-I started using cabbage after I blogged about them using paper…and the dumplings sticking to the basket. Coincidence?
which is better – the Chef Loong or Shanghai 10 where the original Chef Loong has gone to?
boo_licious: I’d say the food overall at Shanghai 10 is slightly better, more cleaner tasting and tastes like better ingredients. The Xiao Loong Pau hardly any difference. I’d say the soup at Chef Loong is slightly tastier, the skin at Shanghai 10 slightly thinner.
