Well after lazing around on the terrace all day we went for a walk along to the harbour and down towards the beach (the opposite direction from Butlins!) to get away from the people and get a bit of fresh air and exercise.
It was a nice walk, along by the harbour, the lifeboat station and down along the beach.
Quay Street – Minehead
Moored in the Harbour
Pebbles
Lonely Rusty Boat
Peaceful Ocean
Crashing Waves
This is one of my favourite pics I’ve ever taken.
This is the lenghts I go to to take photographs…jumping up until my Jeans koyak!
This would be my second favourite, Minehead Harbour.
It was a nice walk, gave my Mom some pointers on how to use her camera aswell, it’s great to go for a walk without feeling like you are having a sauna at the same time.
Part III might take a while as I’m flying to Philippines tomorrow early morning, I had a busy weekend trying out my new kit, Excellent! Macro is fun! Will post something on DigiSniper.
That’s a huge hole in your jeans. Be careful walking around like that, the girls may not be able to resist.
you could win something from the local Digital Camera mag. I wish i had a dslr too. keep up the excellent shots!
Note: All your England pictures remind me of Half-Life 2, is Gabe Newell from England? hmmm
5th picture is the best! i’m gonna steal it from you! thanks!
I actually like the photo of the rusty boat, would look good in black and white. The place and photos seem so perfect and surreal. . .
nice pebble beach, should have taken some to sell at sungai buloh.
hi … the 2 photos that you love are great!! Do you mind sharing the original? I would love to make it my wallpaper.

Matthew: Thanks, I’d have to enter first 🙂 Faster buy an SLR, regarding your message the other day I tried to e-mail but the mail you are using for comments isn’t valid.
pik: Thanks 🙂
Applegal: I had the same thought as you, I haven’t had time to do a nice B&W conversion on it yet though, I was thinking it’d look really good.
KY: Bit heavy, they are quite large heh.
Jim: You can find large versions here & here.
Thanks all 🙂
I am thinking about selling prints actually, what do you think would be a good fair price for a large nicely framed print behind glass? RM300-400? That’s about medium range I think.
wow.. nice pic.. i like the Pebbles & crashing waves… cool
Brilliant photos! Absolutely brilliant!
Makes me miss England…
sure, until i save enough to get a dslr:)
my email? do u mean the email i enter here for my comments or the email form i used on my blog for the previous camera contest? It it was regarding the email form, i’ve fixed it but it’s now too late though. 😛
“This is one of my favourite pics I’ve ever taken.”
This is the only few pics with nice clouds. The rest of your pics is mostly clear blue sky! I still think blue sky is awesome.
Thanks a million!!! It’s great!!!!
I quite like the Pebbles and Peaceful Ocean.
aprilcherrie: Thanks 🙂 I like them all this series 🙂
pablopabla: Yah but remember photos can be deceptive, it’s all in the eye of the photographer.
Hijackqueen: Yah rain was coming next day so the clouds were coming.
Kuzco: Buy them when I print some 😛
