Now and then I feel like eating some good beef ball noodles, and well luckily I know just the place, about 5 minutes from where I live in Desa Aman Puri – Kepong, kinda like B’dr Sri Damansara 1-5 area, just before Taman Ehsan Jaya.
They have beef noodles with all the beef bits (brisket, stomach, tendons etc), beef balls, beef lo shui fan and pork if you really don’t fancy beef.
I’ve had beef ball noodles, and the losi fan as they call it, both are very good!
This is what I’d usually have, the mince beef noodles with beef balls only, I don’t like all those weird beef bits..
The beefballs are very nice, have to say.
Of course eaten with plenty of the yummy chilli sauce.
They’ve been in the newspapers a couple of times, so must be decent right?!
My favourite, the mince beef lo shui fan!
Here’s a map, yeah luckily for you, I DIDNT DRAW IT.

i think i’m gonna check out ur recommendation later… if you like beef noodles – i’ll would like to put forward the following 3 recommendations… 1. the near next to kotaraya in town; 2. jalan alor (at the start from corona inn – very near that famous char siew place); and the last one (which is my favourite) 3. the stall on Jalan Peel off Jalan Cochrane. Its near the Pudu area – that’s the best man – i’ve been going there since i was a child and just had it last week… btw – there’s a new club opening called ‘maison’ – its near the Loft – the grand opening is today @ 7pm. i reckon they play ‘house’ music – lol
for those who can’t read chinese, they closed on every Monday.
Hey you know, if you’re into Thai food there’s a pretty good one at Aman Puri as well. It’s called “Chiang Rai Style”, and it’s opposite King’s Confectionery. Cheap yet really good.
I have still yet to try out that Menjalara Japanese food you blogged about before.

Ruben: Some good recs man thanks. Jalan Alor is good, probably the most famous Beef Noodles around, I’ve been there before. Yeah heard about the Maison opening too (heritage row), but I got no invite, boohoo 🙁

June: Yah funny you should say that, this place is just next door to Kings, I’ve noticed the Thai place a couple of times, I’ve been meaning to go in, might try it out next time. The food court across the street “Great Wall” I think has some good food too (Great claypot curry fishhead).
Evie: Chilli rocks! Love it.
jalan imbi also have tasty beef noodles. the stall is quite hard to find. big beef meatballs are the best 😀
pinz:is it the one at the corner selling for breakfast?
