MACIBAI – A Piece of Internet History Just DIED

8 years, 8 freaking years I’ve managed to keep my DALnet nick registered without dropping it..

Since some time in September 1997, I had one of the oldest nicks amongst our gang.

Today I logged on to check something…and horror…my NICK HAS DROPPED.

DALnet Nick

Yeah this gives me THE RAGE.

    😛 mine dropped many moons ago already… grew out of the irc addiction…. 🙂 a good thing la irc starting to get old fashioned de..

    webcam on msn or skype n have carol strip infront of the cam for u 🙂 way nicer than trash talkin n k/b someone off irc channel 😛

    I lost mine too. My nick grew together with vision.dal.net and mesra.dal.net, if you can remember. *sob*
