I’ve been recommended the Panasonic FX-7 it looks sexy with its 2.5″ LCD screen and Leica lens.
After some research though I found out about the FX-8, which is basically the same thing, with a few tweaks and a much extended battery life (The major gripe people had with the FX-7 was the short battery life).
It looks sexar too and it’s damn small (About the size of a pack of playing cards)

if you want a slim digicam, why not go for casio exilim? the one i bought about 2 years ago is EX-Z3 with a 2″ LCD and is very small and slim. can put in breast pocket. now new models (still under the exilim range) i understand they have 2.5″ LCD too… and of course far more better features.

Yeah I’ve seen that one too, seems like a good cam, just seeing reviews of people owning the Exilim, the Lumix and Pentax slimline and some others (Olympus, Canon, Sony etc.) they said the Lumix was the best apart from the battery life.
It does have a Leica lens, and Leica cameras components are actually from Panasonic, so basically its like a Leica Digilux for a lot cheaper price!
